Imagine if you had the ability to shape your own story about who you are already and who you are becoming.

Retold is a group for Black women. Specifically Black women that are interested in re-authoring and deconstructing past narratives that have been harmful. Retold focuses on helping you curate the stories you want to tell about who you are and for some that will mean discovering who you are. In this group you will practice vulnerability, authenticity, connection, and courage. Group topics will include healing, spirituality, intimate relationships, sexuality, how history has shaped the definition of being a Black woman, and other coming-of-age topics.
