J.R. Counseling & Associates is now The Center of Wellness!

It is in the center of ourselves that we find balance. Our core is both our stabilizing force and the place from which we grow. The Center of Wellness embodies the ideal that we are our core. What the name describes is both a physical and spatial connectedness to wellness, rather than illness. This name was chosen because we encourage each person to first care for their needs before extending to others.

In addition, to highlight that each provider does the same, we take care of ourselves first so that we may show up in the space as our most authentic, open, and accessible selves for the community we serve. Moreover, we want each person to know that when they are in this center their wellness is the center of care.
